Behavioral Technical Coding System Design Presentation

There were multiple interview rounds, some with individuals and some with panels. The interviews covered program, product, and engineering aspects. The process was very well coordinated and professional. They kept me informed about the progress and stayed in touch. An offer letter was released right after, and onboarding was also handled.

Case Behavioral

The interview process had 3 rounds, one of which was a case study. While the rounds themselves weren't overly difficult, the recruiting team and some interviewers were quite disappointing. One interviewer came across as arrogant and presented extreme scenarios to assess my skills. This particular interviewer had apparently not even reviewed the case study I submitted before my presentation. Furthermore, there was a complete lack of communication from the recruiting team after the interview. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I received no updates on my interview outcome or any feedback, even after being engaged with them for three weeks.
