First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wallace Morgan.
Customer Service Representative
The interview was very short, just 5 minutes. They asked some basic questions and then asked if I would do door-to-door sales. I declined their offer to come in for a meeting. They keep calling me even though I already interviewed and declined, saying they liked my resume and want me to come in. Super unprofessional.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- Do you see yourself more as a leader or a follower in a team setting?
- What makes you interested in working for this company?
Customer Service Representative
The first interview was super quick, under 15 mins. I talked to Mr. Smith, and he gave me a quick rundown of what the company does and the job itself. Then I had a second interview where two account specialists, Terrance and John, went into more detail about the role. Turns out, the job isn't just customer service rep anymore, it's actually door-to-door sales for everyone starting out.
- Why were you interested in this role?
Customer Service Representative
I uploaded my resume on careerbuilder and was contacted shortly about coming in for an interview. Before going in for the interview, I looked online to see if I could find any information about the company. It has an impressive website, but the descriptions about their marketing campaigns were very vague and not informative.
