Teacher
The interview at the language school was pretty organized and detailed. From the first email to the last talk, it all felt very professional. They were flexible with scheduling to fit my availability, and the instructions they gave were easy to understand and to the point. During the interview, the panel asked a bunch of different questions about my teaching background, how well I know the language, and my ideas on education. They also asked if I could manage different kinds of classrooms and adjust to various ways students learn. The questions were fitting and made me think, which helped me show off my skills and what I've done well.
- Tell me about a situation where you had to change your teaching approach to help a diverse group of students.
