The interview was tough, the interviewers were dismissive and belittling, always trying to find fault in others. They focused on negative expectations, making the atmosphere tense and making me feel unsettled and underappreciated. It felt less like a discussion about skills or growth and more like they were looking for reasons to reject candidates, which affected my performance and confidence.

First, you have to do an English test. Then there were 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was with 3 managers where they asked pretty easy questions about my resume. The second round was with a manager and a foreign manager, and they asked some behavioral questions.

The interview process had 3 rounds. It would have been nice if they told me about the test beforehand, but I guess that's optional. The second interview was with the Director of the Centre I would work at. He seemed clueless and asked some weird questions.
