So the interview for the Technical Support Engineer at WalkMe was pretty standard, you know, not too hard. First, I had an HR chat, then a technical interview where they asked about troubleshooting, front end web stuff, and how I'd handle problems. After that, the hiring manager wanted to see how I deal with customers and talked about real support situations. The last step was a panel interview to check my tech skills and if I'd fit in. It was a good experience overall.

So I had an interview with the recruiter first and it went well, but then a few days passed and I hadn't heard back. I reached out and they said they'd schedule another interview with the hiring manager. That one also went great, but then the recruiter went silent for a week. I had to follow up again. After that, they told me they're withdrawing the role for now. It's fine, but my issue is that if I hadn't followed up, they probably wouldn't have said anything or updated me.
