Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WalkMe.
Solution Engineer
It was a phone interview first, mostly an intro to the company and the role. Then I got an assignment in the mail, which I spent 3 days working on. Finally, there was a technical interview. The interviewers were nice, and they let me know if I passed after each round.
- Can you explain a JQuery question about DOM?
- Can you walk me through your process?
Solutions Engineer
it was pretty straightforward, first a recruiter screen, then a hiring manager screen where we discussed my background and why I was interested in WalkMe. After that, there was a take-home assignment where I had to use the product. The final stage was an onsite interview, which was similar to the hiring manager screen but with more in-depth questions about my thought process for the take-home.
- Can you share your past experiences?
- What was your thought process for completing the take-home assignment?
Solutions Engineer
Had to do a take home that required playing around with the platform. Followed the set of guidelines, but was rejected after without any feedback. Spending so much time on it any type of feedback would of been nice or have clearer criteria goals besides just playing around with the platform.
