The interview process had 6 stages: first a recruiter call, then a professional interview with the hiring manager, followed by a take-home test. After that, there was an interview with the Head of Development, another recruiter call, and finally signing the contract. The office is amazing and everyone was nice. The professional interviews were high-level, but it felt like they were looking for the right fit and not trying to be overwhelming.

Worst interview ever, honestly. Felt like the interviewers didn't want to be there and weren't communicative. The technical challenge seemed randomly put together with no real thought. It was just coding with no discussion or clear goal, and no direction or structure to know if I was on the right track. Random LeetCode questions would've been better.

It was a 2-hour Zoom call where they pretty much just left me to do a coding exercise in their tech stack. It didn't really feel like an interview, honestly. I could've done it outside the time given, felt more like a take-home assignment.
