Email Marketing Manager
The whole interview process was a mess. After I finished the take-home assignment, they took forever to get back to me. Then, when they finally did, they set up another interview. But after that, they told me they didn't like my assignment. If that was the case, why did we even bother with another interview? It felt like a waste of time because they didn't communicate well and the whole process was really inefficient, leaving a bad impression.

Performance Marketing Manager
The process began with an HR phone call covering general topics. Next, I met with the hiring manager, and we mainly discussed personal aspects. This was followed by a take-home assignment focused on data analysis and marketing strategy. Finally, I had an executive interview with the VP of Demand, which seemed to be a personality check.

Integrated Marketing Manager
this interview process was a mess, started in Dec and went till April. They asked me to make a whole year marketing plan but I never got to present it. After a phone offer, it got super vague, they kept saying they were working on my package and defining the role. I had to chase them for updates multiple times, even though I told them I turned down other jobs. Then I reached out to HR and they just said I wasn't being considered anymore, no real reason. Super unprofessional and not transparent at all. Honestly, glad I didn't end up there, the process showed me what the company culture is like.
