Great interview process. Very thorough. A good mix of challenging questions that helped me with preparation for the job. Interview process involved 6-7 stages: Recruiter, Line Manager, Manager (separate team), Presentation, VP of X, Cultural Ambassador Interview, and Reference check.

The interview process began with an HR Screen, followed by several interviews with the Hiring Manager, Peers, and other leadership members. The recruiter was really nice and responded quickly, giving a good overview of the interview process, the role, why it was open, and the company. My only feedback is that interviews should actually be interviews. During one of the interviews (which made me decide not to move forward), we didn't talk about my background or experience, nor did we discuss the job and expectations. Instead, the interviewer spent about half the time complaining about how people aren't loyal to companies anymore and how nobody stays at jobs longer than 1-2 years these days. The only questions I was asked were why I thought people don't stay longer and how companies can handle this. But it didn't seem like they were genuinely curious or wanted a discussion; it felt more like a rant. I personally didn't think this was very relevant to the job opening, so I saw it as a red flag and decided to stop the process.

HR and Talent Acquisition contacted me a week before via email for a phone interview, no agenda, Zoom details came hours before. The Zoom call was hard to dial into and the audio was bad, the HR rep was in Israel for a job in Sydney, Australia, which didn't make sense. She asked basic scripted questions, a waste of time. She was unprofessional, fiddling in the background, showing disinterest. Two days later, I got a generic rejection email from WalkMe, not even from her. This inexperienced person decided my fate. I have years of IT sales, biz dev, account management, and Cloud experience. What a waste! I've moved on, but wanted to warn others.
