The process started with a phone screen from Talent Acquisition, followed by interviews with the manager and a peer. I don't know about any further steps because I was ghosted after the third interview. No one ever got back to me. I only found out I wasn't being considered when the candidate portal updated my status to "no longer under consideration." My emails to the initial contacts were ignored. It was a really bad candidate experience.

We started with a call with the recruiter, which had a lot of situational questions but the conversation went pretty smoothly. Then, there were three interviews with the actual team scheduled for the same day. However, one of them got cancelled and was never rescheduled. They asked a lot of 'tell me about a time' questions, specifically about doing something, facing a challenge, or handling conflicting deadlines. So, you really need to have a lot of stories ready. For an entry-level job, they asked a surprising amount about prior experience that most candidates likely won't have.

The recruiter contacted me and had a well-organized list of questions. It went really well and I was pleased with her professionalism. She emailed me again to schedule an interview with the hiring manager, which I was excited about. We had trouble finding a time to set up the meeting since I'm currently employed. Eventually, she asked about a specific day that worked for me and I offered some times. The day came, and she never called or responded to my email. They just sent me a rejection email two days after my scheduled interview with the hiring manager. I thought this was unprofessional.

  • Can you describe how you stay organized?
