filled out an application, went in to talk to the manager to set up an interview, got asked about my experience, when I can work, and if I'm a team player, and they hired me right then.

The interview was in a trailer behind the restaurant while it was still being built. There was a line of women, not dressed professionally, waiting for interviews. They asked me a few questions and said I didn't have enough experience. My friend, who also had no experience, was hired the same day she left the gym. So the managers really seem to like an "outgoing" personality.

I applied and then got an email from someone who said they were a manager to come in for an interview. She seemed to like me and was nice at first. She wanted me to come in the next day for a second interview and told me I would work the night shift with a server to see how I do. When I arrived she was not there and didn't tell anyone I was coming. The manager that was there called her and she said she forgot I was coming in. So I thought that was very unprofessional. The manager on duty looked at me with an ugly look and said I needed to go home, that the manager would be in contact with me when she had time. Very rude. Come to find out she was a server not even a manager. Very bad experience.
