It was an open interview. We came in with groups and then split into one-on-one interviews with the managers. They gave offers on the spot.

It was a Phone/Zoom Call followed by an In Person Interview. The in-person part included a walk-through tour, spending time with other on-site managers, and a trial run. It wasn't a typical interview approach. Instead of just asking basic questions, they focused on observing how you interact with the team.

I applied and then got an email from someone who said they were a manager to come in for an interview. She seemed to like me and was nice at first. She wanted me to come in the next day for a second interview and told me I would work the night shift with a server to see how I do. When I arrived she was not there and didn't tell anyone I was coming. The manager that was there called her and she said she forgot I was coming in. So I thought that was very unprofessional. The manager on duty looked at me with an ugly look and said I needed to go home, that the manager would be in contact with me when she had time. Very rude. Come to find out she was a server not even a manager. Very bad experience.

The interview process was really good. Everyone I met was nice, and I actually made some good friends there. It was a lot of young girls, and the atmosphere was pleasant, with everyone seeming happy to be there. The interviewer was kind and asked relevant questions.
