I applied online and then got a call within an hour for an interview the next day. The District Manager interviewed me, and they were really nice and easy to talk to, which made me feel more comfortable. After they asked me some questions, they informally offered me the job because Waffle House has a hiring policy that requires two people to approve. I was then recommended to the Store Manager, who officially hired me, and I started working that Thursday, having interviewed on a Saturday.

I went in and was given an application, which was a yellow paper. I called to schedule a personality test and phone interview. After confirming my details with a friendly manager, she indicated I'd be hired pending a background check, which took a full week. Then, I had to meet the district manager early the next morning. The district manager asked me about my car, shift availability, and willingness to work holidays. About three days later, the manager called to confirm I was hired and to inform me about training.

I applied online and had an interview the very next day. I met the store manager and she liked me, so she asked me to come back the next day for another interview with the Division Manager. I made it all the way to the end of the interviews, and the Division Manager said she'd be in touch. I never heard back until finally being told that she decided to pass.
