Intern
It was a two-step process. First was a common behavioral questions round, then a problem-solving assignment for the second round. The second round interview was conducted by both the director and the hiring manager. Since I lacked prior experience, no technical questions were posed.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Intern
First, there is a 15-minute chat with HR about the job in general. Then about 45 minutes with the team lead, where you have to introduce yourself and are asked about your technical skills. Afterwards, you can ask additional questions.
- What is your favorite molecule?
- How is silicone produced?
Intern
When I got to the interview, the receptionist was nice and told me what would happen. First, they told me about the company and the team, then they asked me a bunch of questions about my background, experience, and what I know how to do. They asked a lot of questions about specific projects and hard stuff I dealt with before. After we talked about my skills, I got to ask them questions about the job and what it's like to work there. They finished by telling me what happens next and when I'd hear back. It was a good and informative interview, and I liked the company a lot.
- Where have you worked before?
