First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wachter.
Project Manager
The interview was pretty straightforward. First, I spoke with the Recruiter. Then, a few days later, I had another interview with three other people. If you know your stuff for the role, it's a breeze. I didn't run into any problems.
- Can you describe how you manage conflicts with colleagues?
Project Manager
It took a while for them to get back to me after the interviews. I felt like I was being passed around a lot, and there seemed to be confusion between managers about my fit. They were also undecided about which team I should join.
- Can you tell me about your experience managing security projects?
- What is your experience with managing large industrial cabling projects?
Project Manager
There were 3 interviews in total, they actually got progressively easier, and the last one was just a chat really. The first one was with the hiring manager, and the 2nd was with him and his boss, and the third was with the Director and VP of the department.
- Can you discuss your relevant job experience?
- What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses?
- Are you open to some business travel?
