Project Manager
It was a pretty simple interview process, mostly asking about my experience. I had a few interviews with HR, the hiring manager, and some of the team. They kept in touch between interviews and let me know when to expect the next steps.
- Can you describe your project management experience and your background in this industry?
Project Manager
We had 2 rounds for this IT Project Manager role. The first round was with the Sr managers, lasting about 45 mins to an hour, and included both behavioral and technical questions. The second round was more technical and involved the Sr manager and an SME.
- Tell me about a time you struggled to gather requirements.
- What motivates you to join our company?
Project Manager
The process itself was quite fast, only the last interview was a disregard for the interviewee. I waited around 2 hours from the scheduled time for the interview with the plant director. I know this may not have been the main point of my rejection but it was disrespectful and certainly interfered with the conversation dynamics.
- Common questions about professional experience, and some questions related to the vacancy.
