The interview process started with a typical HR info gathering call. That was followed by a Teams-based interview with the Engineering manager. The final round was an in-person interview with the Engineering manager, and they covered the travel expenses. The overall process was pretty standard for what I've experienced before. They asked me about my background and how it fit with the products made at the facility. It seemed to go well, but I didn't hear back from Wabtec. Interestingly, I saw the job posting again about a month after my interview.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Are you more of a designer who works solely in CAD, or do you prefer hands-on work in the lab?
  • Describe your experience in relation to the product line at this facility.
