Started with an at-home tech test, followed by four interviews. First was an intro chat about the company. Then an in-person technical test. After that, a technical question interview. Finally, a culture fit interview. Everyone was really nice and wanted me to do well.

It started with a telephonic round that covered introductions and technical stuff. Then, there was a face-to-face technical interview. After that, a Site Leader interview that was both technical and general. Finally, an HR interview with compensation and benefits negotiation. I got the offer within a week. The whole experience was nice and the interview panel was good.

Technical Behavioral

It was a pretty straightforward process with two technical interview rounds and an HR round. The HR team wasn't consistent with the initial discussion and came back with a much lower offer than we first talked about, which felt like a waste of time across the three rounds.

  • Do you have any experience with random riddles and puzzles?
  • Since the interviewer had no knowledge of React, all questions were focused on the backend.
