It was a campus recruitment. The whole thing was supposed to be done in 2 days but ended up taking 4 days. About 150 students applied from my college, and only 60 made it to the next stage based on their resumes, CGPA, and academics. Everything was online via Google Meet because of the pandemic. First, there was a Pre-Placement Talk by the HR about the company. Then, we had a Group Discussion with 10 people per group for about 15 minutes. The topics were current issues like the downfall of the Indian economy and the National Educational Policy. After the GD, 28 people moved on to the aptitude and technical test. The aptitude part was pretty straightforward with mostly qualitative questions. The technical questions depended on your engineering field, which you had to select beforehand. After the online test, 17 were selected for the technical interview. This round had two interviewers and was quite challenging. They dug deep into everything mentioned on our resumes, asking for explanations of my projects, software/hardware details, and subject concepts. Only 6 people passed this technical interview. Those who cleared had a Personality Assessment Test with 100 questions. The last step was an HR interview over the phone. The HR asked standard questions to gauge my interest in the company. A key question was why I wasn't planning to do post-graduation. So, you need a solid reason for wanting to work right after graduation. In the end, 4 people got the offer.

The hiring process was very good, they made clear what they expected from us in the pre placement talk itself. Also there were six rounds. First GD, followed by speed maths test and technical aptitude test. Then we were made to fill in Myers personality assessment form. After it there was a Technical and a General HR interview. Afterwards we had a Phone call from the VP HR of WABCO who confirmed the offer. Thus my Experience was a fruitful one.
