Technical Service Manager
They asked a few questions to gauge my knowledge. They didn't try to sell me on the job at all. The questions were basic, and the interviewer seemed uninterested. They didn't give me next steps or any follow-up info. It felt like they already had someone in mind and were just going through the motions.

Early Careers Recruiter
The interviewer was dry and a bit unprofessional. The conversation wasn’t flowing on his part, but as a recruiter myself, I did my best to lead it and ask questions. He would take awkwardly long pauses to take notes. He said he was going to schedule me for an interview with the hiring manager and then went completely ghost. I followed up and got no response, and was sent a generic rejection email after. Super crappy candidate experience overall.
