Had a nice chat, felt easy to talk to. It was a long interview, but they mainly wanted to learn more about me. One formal interview happened, then I was set up to chat with someone who recently got hired from my school.

First, I had a phone screening with HR. Then, I went in for an in-person interview with the leadership team at their office. The interview went well, and I really liked their work culture and project backlog and was excited about the position. I didn't get the offer; no feedback or reasons were given. I was just informed that they went in another direction for this position.
