First, I had a phone screening with HR. Then, I went in for an in-person interview with the leadership team at their office. The interview went well, and I really liked their work culture and project backlog and was excited about the position. I didn't get the offer; no feedback or reasons were given. I was just informed that they went in another direction for this position.

The interview process was a mess. They bounce you from one internal recruiter to another. They don’t respect your work schedule. The worst part is you go through multiple interviews and get ghosted. I believe I dodged a bullet. The position would be a mess to clean up. No diversity and they have 45 year veteran employees involved in the interview process. Beware. They also wanted candidates to stay in a three month interview process. What a terrible experience.

I've talked to executives and a Senior PM, and they seem like my kind of people and a great company. I'm hoping this position works out. I haven't finished the interview process yet, so I can't say for sure if it's a 'yes' or 'no'. We should know this week.

After attending a campus job fair, I got an email about an on-campus interview. I accepted it and then was asked to complete a personality survey before heading to the interview the following week.
