I spoke with a recruiter on the phone first, then I interviewed with the branch manager. After that, I did a ride-along interview. I never heard back after the ride-along. It was an easy interview with basic questions, and there was no follow-up after the ride along.

The process wasn't too hard, but you need a college degree, which is a big requirement. It's best to wear a shirt and tie, ideally with a suit jacket. An HR rep will reach out, but sometimes it can take up to 4 months from when they verbally offer you the job to actually get it. So, you might be waiting a bit longer than expected, so keep applying for other jobs.

The hiring process took about a week. I went in for a ride-along and we did cold calls all day with a current sales rep. After the ride-along, I went into the warehouse and was interviewed by two managers. They asked typical sales interview questions. Then I was made an offer about a day or two later.
