Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vyaire Medical.
Outside Sales Representative
The interview process was pretty standard. First, I had a phone interview with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was an exam, and finally, an in-person interview with the manager. It's a shame that even after going through all these steps and showing I'd be a good fit, nobody would get back to me. I tried reaching out six times via calls and emails, and I never got a response. It's really unprofessional not to reply, especially when a candidate puts in the time for multiple interviews. If this is how they treat potential hires, I can't imagine how they treat their employees or clients. Glad I found out now before wasting more time!
- Could you walk me through your resume?
Sales Representative
Interviewed with Manager and then VP of sales and offered a job. Gave overview of the job and the so claimed opportunities and the then training process. Laid out what you would be doing, who you would be calling on but never once mentioned the backorders or major problems they were having.
- Were you a top performer in your last job?
- What prior experience do you have?
Sales Representative
The process was pretty straightforward and uncomplicated. I felt comfortable throughout the first conversation. The main office is in a good spot, and there's a great coffee shop nearby. I'm eager to learn about my next steps.
