Software Engineer
It was a mixed experience overall. The technical questions were a bit challenging and covered areas I hadn't fully prepared for, but the interviewer was a genuinely kind, patient, and respectful person. He maintained a friendly tone, made sure I was comfortable, and even offered hints when I was stuck. Despite the pressure, the conversation felt smooth and engaging because of his positive attitude. I appreciated the way he handled the discussion—it felt more like a constructive exchange than a high-pressure interview.

The interview process for the Vision Business Unit was pretty standard. It started with two technical rounds, and then wrapped up with an HR interview. Before the HR chat, they asked for documents for salary fitment. After that, it was a long wait, and I had to chase HR for about a month before getting any kind of decision. They'd give all sorts of weird, unrelated reasons for not moving forward with my application. The main hurdle seemed to be salary fitment; even though they're an MNC with tons of projects, their communication wasn't professional, which made it a bad experience.

Software Engineer Trainee
The whole thing took about two days. Day one had a paper test with four parts: Aptitude, C, Java, and Testing. Each part had about 20 questions. The aptitude ones were tough, but the rest were okay. They posted the shortlist later that day. If you made it, you had to go to their office the next day. The second round was about OOPS concepts and the projects I worked on, asking for details. After that, they narrowed down the list again for the next round. That was a technical HR round where they asked about my interests and assigned domains like QA, Software, or Hardware. Finally, there was a personal HR round with situational questions.
- Could you explain the OOPS concepts?
