I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter and asked to apply online, then got an email saying I was selected. The interview happened fast after that. It was more of a conversation, so it didn't really feel like an interview. They asked really smart questions and I genuinely liked the company. They were really interested in my design choices and I explained why I chose certain tools. The interviewer even asked me if there was anything else they should have asked, which no one has ever done before. This interviewer was sharp, so be prepared!

Before covid, living out of state, my first few interviews were online. They asked me questions about how I felt I'd fit into the role and left me lots of room to ask questions about what I'd be doing each day. I was sure to tell them how strong my drive was and I think they dug that. Got an in person interview after 3 interviews like that. The in person interview took nearly all day where I met most of my team. I was offered the job in the next few days.
