The interview process was very smooth and relaxed. It started with a simple introduction where I was asked to talk about myself. Then, they asked about why I chose the company and my future career plans. The interviewers were kind and gentle throughout.

I had a screening call with an internal recruiter, then an interview with the department lead, and finally an interview with the account lead. The process was fine, and I felt great about my interviews until I finally got a response from the recruiter. They gave feedback (that was a little too transparent) that didn't align with the experience I had. It was honestly so off that I thought she might be confusing me with another candidate. No issues with my interviewers though. One was more thorough than the other.

I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter and asked to apply online, then got an email saying I was selected. The interview happened fast after that. It was more of a conversation, so it didn't really feel like an interview. They asked really smart questions and I genuinely liked the company. They were really interested in my design choices and I explained why I chose certain tools. The interviewer even asked me if there was anything else they should have asked, which no one has ever done before. This interviewer was sharp, so be prepared!

I met with the three most senior leaders for my position and division. This happened over the course of two interviews. They were nice enough to meet with me after hours and during their lunch hour, which made it easier to interview without taking time off. The recruiter set up the whole process and the offer remotely. They called me over the phone with an offer. They made a generous offer, but made it clear they weren't interested in a bidding war.
