So I applied online for this summer IT Intern job in Minneapolis. I ended up having 2 interviews. First was a phone interview with general questions, then I had an in-person one where I met with a group of people, and we talked about more general stuff. The whole process was alright, though it was my very first interview ever and I wasn't really ready. They didn't ask any technical questions, which I had prepped for, only general ones. And honestly, the general questions got a bit weird. When I mentioned I was into iOS development, they asked me why I liked iPhones. One interviewer even said, 'Sell me this iPhone.'

I applied in January and got an email in late April for an interview. I had a one-on-one behavioral interview with my future supervisor, who was really friendly but also professional and prepared. Less than 3 weeks after the interview, I got a phone call with the offer, pending a drug test.
