Behavioral

The interview process was good overall, and the people I met were very nice. It was mostly behavioral questions. However, the HR contact was a bit unprofessional, so it's a good idea to keep track of things yourself throughout the process.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard interview process, mostly conversational at first. I gave my elevator pitch, and then we dove into behavioral and scenario-based questions about my past projects and experiences. They wrapped up by giving me a chance to ask them some questions.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The recruiter reached out to check my availability for a phone screening. Then, I was ghosted for a week before hearing back and providing my availability again. Without confirmation, I assumed I was being ghosted again. The recruiter then called outside my specified availability, which I couldn't answer. This made me question the company's respect for candidates' time and the purpose of scheduling interviews. For some reason, I was contacted by the Talent Acquisition Scheduler for a second interview with a Business Team member. After passing this interview, I was scheduled for a third panel interview. This third interview was challenging because its schedule kept getting postponed, requiring last-minute preparation. Following the third panel interview, I was ghosted again, not even receiving a rejection email. The entire hiring process spanned two months, leaving me exhausted. If Voya continues to prolong the hiring process, they will likely lose many qualified candidates to competitors.
