The hiring process is managed by Gupy and involves multiple stages. The interview part is the worst; supervisors ask very intrusive and disrespectful questions, aware that the work environment is extremely harsh and toxic. During the interview with managers, you have to sell something in a group, where they assess your teamwork. It's extremely humiliating, and I don't recommend it.

The process was quite extensive because the opening was frozen, I didn't pass, but everyone at the company I interacted with showed willingness, enthusiasm, and respect. I was able to learn a lot. It had most of the standard stages, sending an email, tests. I didn't have a group dynamic and I made it to the interview with the manager.
