So first, I had a chat with the hiring manager, it was about 30 minutes. Then, I had this big case study to do on my own, it took about 4 hours. After that, I had to explain the case study, which was 45 minutes. And finally, there were two more 45-minute calls with some other people on the team.

First had a quick chat with HR. Then got a case study to do at home within 3 days. The case study was super relevant to what the company and my potential team would be working on. Basically, they got free work and ideas out of me. The rejection email was super vague, and I didn't even get a chance to properly present myself.

Don't waste your time with this company, they are a fraud. They just want free research disguised as a hiring process. It starts with a LinkedIn message saying they're interested in hiring you. Then they start a recruitment process that looks real but is a complete scam - they don't even ask for your CV! The next step is a case study, which is what they really want - your free research. They'll tell you that you'll present it to their panel next week. After you submit your case study with your free research, they'll ghost you for a week. Then they'll reply saying they didn't like your submission and never even let you present it to a panel because that was never their plan. They just wanted free research. So, don't waste your time applying to this company, they're frauds.
