I had a nice first interview with TA and was then asked to complete a take-home assignment, which I spent the next 48 hours working on. After submitting it, I was given a screening test and ultimately rejected based on that result. It was disappointing to go through a time-intensive assignment only to be evaluated on a screening step that typically comes much earlier in the process.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The hiring process kicked off with an introductory call from the Talent Acquisition team. This was followed by a 1-hour discussion with the Department Head. Next, I was given a case study to work on over a period of 3 days. The final stage involved a 1.5-hour session reviewing the case study and interviewing with the CEA, CPO, and Department Head at the Voodoo offices. The entire process wrapped up in under 3 weeks, and the TA team did a fantastic job managing it smoothly. The interviews were tough but interesting.

Behavioral Other

So, heads up, this company's recruiters can be a bit unresponsive. I got a quick reply when I applied and then had a 30-45 minute call where we chatted about the job and my background. The next thing they sent was a task I had to finish in 3 days, and then... radio silence. I actually got the task back to them on time and even followed up a week later, but still no word.
