I applied on their official site. Then a recruiter call to do a first check. The board validated my profile to move on to a technical interview. Finally, I got the response from the HR for the next steps.

So the interview process was like this: First, a chat with the Talent Acquisition Lead where they introduced the company and the role and asked me some general stuff about my background. Then, a quick call with the Engineering Manager for the team to see if my skills matched what they were looking for and to give me the lowdown on the team and the project. After that, I had a 5-hour technical test with two theory questions and a coding assignment to design a full ML lifecycle solution. Next, I had a technical interview with two Data Engineers where we really dug into the case study, they questioned my technical decisions and checked my skills, motivation, and if I'd fit in. Then, I talked to two Product Managers to check cultural fit, teamwork, product sense, and if I was aligned with the company values. Finally, I met with the VP of Engineering & Data to get an overview of the company structure, future roadmap, talk about my career goals, and assess my experience and fit with the role, team, and values. The whole thing took about a month from start to offer, which was fine since I had limited availability.

The process involves several interviews, starting with a Talent Acquisition call to make contact. Next, there's a more relaxed technical interview to gauge your knowledge of technologies you'll be working with. If you're not selected for the role, they still take the time to provide feedback and offer advice for your career path.
