Data Analyst
Several in-depth interviews and case studies focused on mastering data for analytical use. Tedious interviews and little feedback. Complicated HR follow-up, little attention paid despite progress in the recruitment process and the workload imposed by the recruiter.

Data Analyst
The process had around 5 steps. It started with an HR Interview to get a feel for my background and why I wanted the job. Then there was a 3-hour Technical Case, a take-home assignment that was challenging but fun. After that, I had a Team Meeting and Case Presentation where I showed my work and also did a live SQL test. I also met with other Team Members to see how the team works and what the company culture is like. The last step was a meeting with the VP, which was a fit interview along with some tricky case questions. It was tough but good for understanding what they expect. Overall, it was a really thorough and interesting process, checking my skills and if I'd fit in. I liked how open they were and professional, and every chat was motivating.

Data Analyst
This was a 5-stage interview process: first HR, then the hiring manager, followed by a technical test. The next round was with the Head of Data and a Senior Data Analyst where we debriefed the technical test. Finally, I met with the VP of Engineering & Data. The recruiter was consistently friendly and professional, providing feedback and preparing me for subsequent interviews. She was also very quick with updates throughout the process and in managing the job offer. All interviewers seemed well-prepared and candid about the job's realities. I had a good discussion with the Senior DA about metrics and visualization types, and he kindly helped me with a brainteaser despite my initial nervousness. If my work experience at Voodoo is as good as this recruitment process, I'll be pleased.
