3D Artist
The whole thing took about a month. I got referred and had a call with the Talent Acquisition team first. Then I chatted with the game team and the Studio Director. After that, I did an art test, and then they gave me an offer.
- Can you share your experience?
- Which past games have you contributed to?
- What are your technical proficiencies?
3D Generalist
It was a long interview process. First, I spoke with HR, and then with the art lead. After that, I did an art test. The job was basically to optimize assets, meaning I had to take existing assets from other studios and redo them with better geometry and shaders. I didn't get the job because they said I wasn't creative enough.
- Have you worked with hyper-casual games before?
3D Artist
I had a few interviews with Antoine Sauget, who was the Senior Gaming Talent Acquisition Specialist when I'm writing this. Antoine is super professional, friendly, and really human. I honestly wish he could have been part of the team I would have joined. I decided not to accept the offer for personal reasons, but the whole hiring process was a great experience, mostly because of Antoine.
- Can you tell me about your past experiences?
- What types of games do you enjoy?
- Do you possess any skills outside of artistic ones?
