Catering Sales Manager
The interview process was fine. It was the on-boarding that was a problem. They had problems with my account so I was able to fill our proper paperwork. I spent 5-6 hours of my time on hold or calling to try to figure out what the problem was with my account. Problem couldn't be resolved without me putting in more unpaid time to figure out what the store manager didn't want to do. I eventually turned down the offer because they wanted me to do their job for free.

Customer Service Representative
First, I was instructed to call them to set up an interview. I was put on hold for a long time before an interview was finally scheduled. When I got there, the manager wasn't aware of my interview and just found me waiting outside her office. The conversation with the manager went well, and I felt I performed well. But then, I was ghosted. I tried calling to follow up. I was put on hold again. The call got disconnected. I called back. More holding. More dropped calls. I'm not sure what's happening there, but it seems quite unprofessional.

Courtesey Clerk
I applied online and then went in person to apply. I spoke with the hiring manager, who was very nice and asked me some basic questions. I got the job the next day. Communication from the team was quick, but that was mainly because I applied in person.
- How do you feel about workplace safety?
Courtesy Clerk
First a phone call happened, then I had an in-person interview. After that, there was another phone call where they made a job offer. I came in to sign paperwork and then we went over union rules and stuff about paying dues. Training started after that.
