I applied online and got a call the same day for a phone interview. The phone interview was about 20 minutes. Then I had a one on one interview and stayed for a second with a department manager. The first interviewer was mature and very professional. The second one was very young and seemed uncomfortable/nervous during the interview. The interviews were mostly 'Name a time when....' questions to see how I react in different situations.
