The interview process was really good, with relevant questions for the position. It didn't require extensive knowledge, just the willingness to learn to enter the job market and gain experience.
- What area are you currently studying?
Intern
I had a chill interview with the hiring manager, who was super nice and easy to talk to. She made it really comfortable from the start, so it was easy to chat. The interview just flowed, and she asked good questions that let me really talk about what I've done. I felt good sharing my ideas, and the whole thing felt really smooth and put together. It was a nice experience and made me feel good about the job.
- What are your main hopes for this internship?
Intern
Applied online, and could see updates on the talent portal. Got a phone call for an interview in early September. They offered me the position over the phone in early November, and the position was set to start in January. They also send an email if you're not chosen.
- Can you tell me about engine components like valves, camshaft, and crankshaft?
