This was an internship interview, so they asked mostly about basic industry and company knowledge. It was a good experience overall, and the HR person was responsive. I got the offer pretty quickly after that.

Behavioral Technical Group

I had a phone interview, then an in-person interview with two senior managers, and finally a panel interview with other people from my department. The first two went well. The last one was a mess. Half the interviewers didn't even show up for whatever reason. Some other people from totally different teams had to step in. One of them was really confrontational. Every time I explained something about my qualifications, she'd express doubt and I'd have to explain it all over again. The group interview was just super disorganized and chaotic overall. I'm trying to see this bad experience as a one-off, especially since they offered me the job, but it should've been a red flag. Everything here feels disorganized, chaotic, and adversarial every day.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process starts in October with a two-week application window, receiving hundreds of applications. Candidates who pass the initial screening get a video interview with 7 questions, each with a 1-minute answer time and unlimited retries. Next, there's an in-person or Skype interview with a recruiter focusing on HR and role-specific questions. This is followed by Excel and PowerPoint assessments. The final stage is a two-day event at the corporate HQ in Herndon, VA, including a brand presentation, Q&A, and a case study on day one, with hiring manager interviews on day two.
