The interview process was pretty standard. They first go through your resume, then ask some mental math questions, and then move on to brain teasers. It's important to speak your mind even if you don't know the answers to the brain teasers.

I applied through my school and had a quick 30-minute initial interview. It was mostly behavioral questions with a couple of probability problems thrown in. Then, a couple weeks later, I had a full on-site interview where I met a bunch of senior people. Everyone was nice and HR got back to me quickly. It wasn't during trading hours, but it didn't seem super stressful or edgy. I figured most people there were either experienced finance pros or had strong math backgrounds.

So they started with some math brainteasers, like asking me about calculating the EV for different coin flips. Then I had a Python programming assignment to do online, probably on a platform like Coderpad. Finally, I went through a behavioral interview.
