Honestly, don't even bother applying here. The first HackerRank question is a Leetcode medium, which is maybe the only reasonable part. Things get weird after that. This place loves to show off how much more they know about C++ than you do. Their online assessment is full of pretentious C++ multiple-choice questions that are badly written and have nonsensical answers. For example, they ask things like 'Is X plausably reasonable?' which is subjective and indirect. It's like asking 'Does it maybe make sense to do this on occasion?'. They also throw in confusing SFINAE concepts that nobody would use in production because they indicate major design flaws. This suggests their actual code is probably a mess. I'd already read the Glassdoor reviews, and the OA confirmed why they're in such a mess.

I applied through the campus career fair and the entire phone screen and onsite interview process was very well organized. For the phone screen, some C++ and algorithm questions came up and were discussed. Interviewers were nice and positive and guided me to the point. My resume was also discussed in detail. They designed a lot of good questions to gauge a candidate's ability, what they are or are not good at.

The initial three interview rounds were fine. Then I got an unexpected email invitation for a fourth interview, which I declined. Honestly, four interviews feels excessive, and I've landed most of my jobs after just one. Based on Glassdoor, there seem to be management and layoff issues, so maybe it's for the best that I didn't proceed further, even though I spent time and energy on it.
