Intern
Lots of steps and tests, but what stood out was the lack of feedback and return deadlines. So you can expect to wait a lot between each step, normally there are 3 or interviews.
- Why should we hire you?
- How do you see yourself in 2 years?
Student Intern
The process was a bit disorganized and not what you'd expect from such a company. Punctuality wasn't a top priority from the employer's side, and the demands were way too high for the position. In reality, you'd be underutilized, as I've heard from others. They also focused on good grades, which don't necessarily translate to a student's actual abilities.
- Could you tell me about the projects you've worked on?
Intern
The selection process for the Young Talents program was really well-organized and went by fast, taking about 2 weeks. The recruiters were great and super helpful, answering all our questions and keeping us updated on whether we moved forward or not. The whole thing had 3 parts: first, an interview and some tests with psychologists, then a group activity and a short (max 5min) presentation about ourselves in English, and finally an interview with HR.
- Tell me about your extracurricular activities, personal interests, and professional goals.
