I had an online interview for an internship at Voice of America during the pandemic, which was conducted via Google Meet. The interviewers asked relevant questions, but communication was a bit unclear, and the interview got delayed a few times.

The interview process was pretty easy and not too difficult. I got in through an internship program. Since it's a large company, the process can differ between departments. I think there were about two interview rounds in total.

So I sent in my resume and cover letter, and then it took a few weeks to hear back about a phone interview. We scheduled a time, and they called me. There were about three other people on their end, so I was on speakerphone. Everyone was nice, and the interview was pretty short, like maybe ten minutes. They didn't ask anything too difficult, just the usual questions like 'tell me about yourself', 'how did you find out about VOA', and 'what are your goals here'. They also mentioned they were talking to a few other candidates those couple of days. They called me the next day to let me know I got the job :)
