Applied online, then did an online HireVue which had some logic questions and short video questions about my motivations and previous experience. If I passed that, the next stage was an in-person assessment centre with multiple stages. We had a group task and some data to analyse, then an individual behavioural interview, and another individual presentation with some preparation time. Overall vibe was positive, I have enjoyed the in-person assessment day, and left me with positive perception of Vodafone.

Behavioral Technical Coding System Design

The interview process started with a recruiter call where they asked general questions like why I was leaving my current job. This was followed by some basic technical questions, such as 'What is the SOLID principle?'. The second round involved a live coding test in the first half, focusing on writing tests and REST APIs. The second half of this round was dedicated to system design, where I had to discuss a system I had previously worked on.
