The hiring manager reached out to me directly to chat about the job and my background. We had two rounds in total. First, we talked generally about my experience and skills. Then, we had a more focused interview diving into my technical knowledge and how I approach problems. Both chats were professional and felt like a real conversation, which was great for getting a feel for the team and the company vibe.

It was a three stage interview process. First, a phone call where they asked me several questions about my background, if I was looking for other opportunities, and where I would see myself in Vodafone. Second, an interview with HR and a manager. It was a casual interview with some technical questions about my research work since I was still finishing my degree. They explained the project I would be getting into and asked me if I had experience on some topics related to it. Third, an interview with an external company, which included aptitude and skills interviews revolving around what if questions, my motivations, how I would solve a problem, and then present the solution live.

For initial level, you need to clear three rounds. It starts with an aptitude and basic networking objective test, followed by a personal interview (PI) and then an HR round. Each round will take at least 30 minutes. Sometimes, they might add a manager round after the PI.
