The interview process involves a one-way video interview, followed by an online assessment that tests IQ and competency. There are a total of 6 questions in the interview. They will identify your key strengths, and ask about a time of difficulty and how you dealt with the issue etc.

We had a whole afternoon of interviews. First, we were given a case study and had only a few minutes to present our findings. Then, there was a group case study where working together was assessed. Finally, a 2-on-1 interview where they asked personal questions.
