Internship
It was a good interview process. It took me about a month to get the offer. The process included an online assessment, a one-way video interview, meetings with hiring managers, and a case study that ended with a presentation.
- Can you tell me about your prior experience using Jira?
- Can you tell me about your prior experience using PowerBI?
Intern
For the internship, the process involved an initial recruiter call, followed by a phone screen, and then a technical screen. They want to know about a time you dealt with a tough situation and what happened as a result. Also, tell them about a time you had plenty of time, like over half a year, to get ready for something in college and how you approached it and what the outcome was.
- Tell me about a difficult situation you faced and how you resolved it, including the outcome.
- Can you share an experience from university where you had at least six months to prepare for a task? What methods did you use, and what were the results?
Intern
You start with some online assessments, then there's an online assessment center that takes about half a day, and finally, you'll interview with the hiring manager for the role you applied for.
- Tell me about a time you faced a challenging situation and how you handled it.
- Describe a situation where you had to work with a difficult team member. How did you resolve the conflict?
- What would you do if you were given a task with unclear instructions?
