I participated twice, a couple of months apart. The first time was for sales. The interview was online, a group session lasting 2.5 hours with several tests and analyses. They took over 2 months to let me know I didn't get the job. Even though it was a 'no', they contacted me again a few weeks ago for a different area. It was another group video call with different activities. The selection process for this one was more efficient and faster. Although it was another 'no', I wish they would make some adjustments in the future. I understand the selection process is long, but conducting so many tests in one interview can be overwhelming and discouraging for a candidate. I hope HR improves this in the future, as I see it negatively so far. A phone and online interview don't define how good a candidate you are for the position.
