The interview process was comfortable and I felt comfortable and was able to clearly understand what the expectation was for someone in my role and the processes. The interviewer was very transparent and open about what a "day in the life" looks like with someone with my title.

I applied through a recruitment agency in London for a role in Paris. The whole hiring process took nearly two months. There were six interviews in total, including with the recruiter, the manager, and the CEO. The CEO seemed to give the green light in our final meeting, indicating I would receive an offer, but in the end, nothing materialized. They stalled and gave various reasons for not extending an offer. It felt like they weren't serious about filling the position, and it was a waste of my time. Poor management of the hiring process!

I applied for the AAE position on a Wednesday and was emailed the following day to set up a phone interview. The phone interview took about a half hour and included basic questions about my background and previous work experience. By the end of the call, I was invited in for an in-person interview for the following day, that Friday. The in-person interviews went great. I was sat down and interviewed by three separate people for about a half hour each. At the end of my interviews, I was given a tour of the beautiful office. When it was time to leave, I was told I would be contacted by the beginning of next week. I received the offer that Tuesday evening. I really appreciated them moving so quickly with the hiring process - in my experience, as a recent graduate and entry level candidate, the waiting is the hardest part!

I was interviewing for their HR Senior Manager role and went through three rounds. After the last round, I expected to hear back about the final decision soon since things were moving quickly. It's been two weeks, and I emailed the recruiter about the status of the interview process but haven't heard back. I get that sometimes candidates don't get follow-up in the early stages, but I met with over 4 people and visited the location twice, so I feel like some feedback should be given, especially since I made time to meet the team. The interview questions were standard and situational. Because of the lack of response, I'd say it was a negative and unprofessional experience for me. Basic courtesy seems to be lacking at Geometry Global.
