I went through 3 rounds of interviews, talking to HR and the hiring managers. Each interview was only 30 minutes, so it wasn't too long, but I didn't get much feedback afterward.

Behavioral Case

I first had an initial call with a recruiter, then an interview with the team, and finally a last interview with the program manager. They mentioned they were moving fast and I would likely hear back by the end of the week. I sent a follow-up thanking them for the interview and included a sample case study I created specifically for the role. I never got a response. I followed up again a week later and still heard nothing. The recruiter and team seemed pretty excited during the interview process, so being ghosted was surprising and unexpected from this company. I have since accepted another offer.

The process was really good, I had 3 interviews and the Talent Acquisition kept me updated every step of the way and gave me feedback. The issue was that they needed to sort out my work permit for Spain, and they did, but after I got it (and after I resigned from my previous company), they told me they wouldn't be moving forward with my position after all.
